Cut the cord at your desired length and burn the tips with lighter to seal them. Doing so will prevent the ends of the rope from fraying.

Press one side of the S-hook until it closes with flat nose pliers. Repeat the process on the other side but leave some space for the rope to loop through. String the six-inch cord into the closed side of the hook and fold it in half, creating a zigzag. Bend the remaining inches of the cord on top of the zigzag.

Loop the rope around twice to the left coil. Push the end of the cord into the left loop opening. Use your right fingers and push it to the left side until it closes the loop and tightens the knot. Don’t forget to pinch the end of the cord with your other hand while pushing the coil. Test the knot if you can adjust the size of the bracelet by sliding it to the base of the S-hook.

Do the same thing on the other side, but this time, loop the cord to the right and push the coil to the same direction.

Cut and re-burn the ends if needed, and your rope bracelet is complete! You can wrap it around your wrist two to three times and adjust its size. You can also create this accessory with a leather cord. Have fun in making this wristband!
